Up till two days ago my Luxe's distance tracking was in line with my running sop's gps. Now, on an 8.5 mapped and tracked walk the Luxe is off, showing one less mile. I synched it with my phone. It's super annoying.

Hi there, @Knich. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand how annoying this can be.

Please bear in mind that if the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. If you're having issues with the GPS connection, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?

Please bear in mind that Fitbit devices record your data based on your personal information (age, gender, weight and height). To update your stride length, track a run with GPS or measure your stride length manually. For more information, see Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?

When you track an activity with GPS, your device calculates your distance using GPS data rather than steps. If you begin moving before you get a GPS signal, your device calculates distance using your steps until GPS connects. For more information, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
