I've had my Luxe less than a month and it's been acting weird with tracking my distance first week in. It tracks my steps all okay, I've tried that that another tracker, but the distance is way off. Weirdly enough, it doesn't do that all the time, only once or twice a day.
So, I do about 10k steps in about 6.25km, and there have been several occasions when it says I've done 10k steps in 3.5km.
Unread somewhere factory resetting the device might mess it up for good, why on earth?! I'm avoiding that for now.
I tried reaching out to support and they thoroughly wasted my time and had absolute rubbish to say. So any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Hi there, @Deamono. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
Please bear in mind that if the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. If you're having issues with the GPS connection, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
Please bear in mind that Fitbit devices record your data based on your personal information (age, gender, weight and height). To update your stride length, track a run with GPS or measure your stride length manually. For more information, see Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?
When you track an activity with GPS, your device calculates your distance using GPS data rather than steps. If you begin moving before you get a GPS signal, your device calculates distance using your steps until GPS connects. For more information, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?

Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

So, evidently you copy paste the same reply to everyone, well done!!
There's nothing wrong with the GPS, it's the distance that my device is messing up not the map. Please take a minute to read the issue before replying?!
