My Luxe is making up it's own sleep numbers. Most nights it says I didn't sleep at all, or only slept 1 or 2 hours. This occurred even when I slept for 10 hours! My employer requires sleep reporting, so this is costing me money. I've tried all the "fixes", restart, disconnect, etc. Nothing works. One post said to manually add my sleep on the app. When I attempted to do that, there's an error code that says "Sleep could not be logged." Help!

Nothing the team did made any difference. I still have no 02 readings and a hideous sleep reading. It says I slept 2 hours and 37 minutes with no time awake last night. I actually slept 8.5 hours with a single bathroom break about halfway through. So, nothing is resolved. Interestingly, I received an email today asking me to return the Luxe. And the email doesn't say I will get a refund or a replacement, just instructions to send it back. Communication seems to be a real issue for fitbit.
