Luxe is not tracking my sleep data accurately

The luxe is garbage. Sleep regularly doesn’t sync and support simply offer the same useless solutions. How do they get away with it

Thank you but the last time this complaint went to a higher tier I got no answer.

You must surely know that the Luxe has a fault in tracking sleep. There is so many complaints on your forum about this. The Charge 3, my previous Fitbit was about 80% successful but did cause some syncing issues usually solved by troubleshooting FAQ. The Luxe is a different issue. It fails to sync sleep more than it succeeds meaning every morning I am, switching off bluetooth and then on again, disconnecting app, looking for updates or ios issues, reseting Luxe,........all of this every day, its a nonsense.

My luxe only gives me simplified sleep data now for the past 2 months. I cleaned it well. Very annoying!

Is it possible that something changed recently? My Luxe used to do a great job, but in the past few weeks has really deteriorated. It shows me still asleep now as I type this, my night awakenings are off (I look at my watch), and the times awake is too short.

Try switching off Bluetooth then reset and finally remove app and reinstall
