Luxe is not tracking my sleep data accurately

Luxe randomly shuts down, incorrect time is displayed, and now my premium sleep is not being logged. I’ve had a Fitbit for almost 10 years, and Premium for several of those.  Why is tracker support going down hill?  Is this all due to the fact Google bought Fitbit and will take over the accounts in 2025?

Hey there. I’m having issues with my luxe randomly shutting down too, but it seems to happen mainly when I’ve hit some kind of milestone. Like when I hit my 10,000 steps goal. I look at it and the screen is black and I can’t turn it back on. I was on the treadmill and I hit cardio. Heart rate I turn to look at it and the screen goes black. It won’t turn back on again until I plug it in, and it tells me my battery is completely full

is the similar to what you’re experiencing?

Having issues with wife's Luxe, also not tracking sleep correctly.  Almost every night it breaks it into 2 segments (one main, one "other").  No way to delete "other" or merge.  Can edit each, but that's useless.  Both segments always fall between normal sleep & wakeup set times.  Why can't a "smart" watch be smart enough to just show results of a full night's effort to sleep?  Why doesn't it just record the time between segments as awake?  Only thing I can do is edit "other" to 10 minutes, the edit main to fall within 10 minutes of that.  Seems a very unreliable resulting sleep number.  My charge 5 never separates segments (on me or on her).

my luxe also is not logging sleep accurately. Has 2 different sections with hours between and I know I was asleep. Never did this prior to update to sleep appearance. How can I fix?

I told my wife to make sure the band was snug.  She has a magnetic infinitely adjustable band, so she snugged it up. Last night it seemed to record correctly (one segment).  Maybe that's the issue?

I’ll try that tonight. Thanks

Well, I finally figured out how to delete the segment you don't want.  Hit the 3 dots on the main event, then hit delete (I thought it would delete the main log); it brings up all sections and you can select what you delete.  Once deleted, you can edit the main log to your normal start time (usually shown on the section you deleted). Dumb that there isn't a merge option.
