Luxe is not tracking my sleep data accurately

Why does my luxe show different times and sleep score on the day page/screen and the sleep time page/screen?  This had only happened in the last week or so.

Thank you for sharing with me this information regarding the details about sleep on your Luxe. 

Before considering other options, make sure that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app

In addition, have you tried to perform a restart?

Thanks for bringing this up.

I find the sleep data inaccurate also. No doubt the company will come up with the stock standard responses of "Did you restart it?" and "Have you uploaded the latest version of the app? Yes and yes. The lack of accountability or preparedness to engage in any meaningful dialogue is frustrating. It's a blunt instrument.
