Luxe is not tracking my sleep data

Everything Google touches dies. First, a little history. I have been with Fitbit since about 2009. In November, I bought a Charge 5, and I had nothing but trouble with it. I spent hours on the phone and online with no resolve. I was sent the same links to read time and again. I finally gave up and bought a Luxe in February. So instead of buying two devices within three months, I could have bought an Apple Watch. The Luxe has now decided to stop recording Sleep. It has recorded once in two weeks. Same sleep position. Same place on my wrist. If I contact Support, I know they will just send me the same old links to read. I will have to bear with this non-functioning device until I can afford an Apple Watch. This is a really sad end to what used to be an excellent product.

Hello @SunsetRunner while I appreciate the complete history, you say nothing about your allow problem, could you supply more detail on the sleep issue?

Any sleep at all recorded? How about simple sleep?

Has the tracker synced since waking up.

Or you sleeping more than an hour at a time? 3 hours?
