Is your Luxe not tracking your steps only or it's also not tracking other data? In the meantime, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For instructions, click here. Then, please make sure to sync your Fitbit device.

As for SmartTrack, please know that most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, the default duration settings of your Fitbit Luxe is 15 minutes long. However, you can also choose which activities your device tracks automatically, or change the amount of time needed to record the activity. To do so, please follow the next steps:

Me too. I've tried re-adding the device back. The battery has also been draining rapidly, without the GPS on. It's also not automatically tracking activities, like walking. My Luxe is about 5 months old, was working fine until about 2-3 weeks ago.
