Luxe is not updating my data

Hi Fitbit fam!

Since I’ve had my luxe I haven’t been able to get it to tell me on the device my sleep, or my menstrual cycle. I also noticed it’s not showing me as completing my km goal despite having changed it to a lower number after a knee injury! 
everything is fine when I look at the app, and reflects my change as well as my sleep and cycle.. just not on the fitbit itself. I’ve updated to the most recent firmware, I’ve restarted countless times, I’ve unsynched and disconnected it and reconnected it, I’m not sure what else to do, getting pretty frustrated!!

If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance.
