I was tracking my heart rate and then when I looked later in the evening at the app the numbers were crazy high. I know that my heart rate was in the 80s at a certain time and the app had a huge spike of 130 and then 150. It has done this a few times when I know what my heart rate was at those specific times. I wondered if anyone else has this issue.

Hi, @pastorruth2, welcome to the community, you may find this article of interest How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? I wear two activity trackers (one is not a Fitbit but uses the same light/sensor type array on my other wrist) and as I write this they are within 2/3 beats of each other. You say you know your HR at specific times but not how you do this, if you are using a chest strap or medical device you should know there will always be some discrepancy (there's a section in the above link)
Others here are much more knowledgeable on HR issues so please provide more information if you are still stuck.
Cheers
