Ugh! My display shows 07 67 Sun 11.
Currently, it is 12-1-21 at 9:27pm and I resynced with my iPhone a few minutes ago. Please help!

Hi there, @FrustratingMe. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already syncing your Luxe to your iPhone before reaching out.
Note that the time on your Fitbit Luxe may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Luxe is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Sorry, but I did that again, and it is still incorrect. Any other suggestions? Please!🤞
Update: By the way, it is both the time and date that are incorrect after not changing time zones and following the instructions to update it many times.
Update: There must be something wrong with this Fitbit. I’ve troubleshooted everything I can think of and neither the time nor date updates. Can I exchange it through you?
