Luxe is showing the wrong time and the Fitbit app won't open

Yesterday I noticed my watch has the wrong time.  I went to the app but it will not let me log in.  I have tried the restart on the watch and also using the charging cord.  No luck with either.

I am having the same problem. Well, the phone app is opening, but it is no longer syncing w/my device. It last synced 9 hours ago. My Luxe has the wrong time.

I rebooted the Luxe twice.
I uninstalled the app and reinstalled.
I even unpaired the device w/my phone and wiped the user data from the Luxe to try to repair everything. 

I cannot pair my phone and Luxe anymore. =(

Does this have to do w/the Firmware update? I didn't see that there was one and I do not believe I had installed it yet.

ok...I finally got this to work.

I wiped the user data from my luxe.
I did a force stop on my phone app.
turned off bluetooth
under bluetooth settings I forgot the device
opened the app

it installed like a new device.
