Luxe is shutting itself off

my luxe has been randomly shutting down. even when battery is still good. cannot restart it without the charger. super annoying. anyone else having this problem. it's not even a month old.

Hi there, @Annmc2022. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. 

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

So the Luxe shut down again within a day even after the restart. I will try to change the face of the clock.
