My Fitbit Luxe is stuck on DND I have tried to get it off and unable to swipe it off. 

Also, not all activity is being tracked, went on a 3 mile non stop walk (approx 45 min) and it was not recognized as exercise, the pace was the same intensity & higher than other walks I have been on

Do you mean it is in "DND" mode, or the screen is displaying "DND" ?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have gotten it off of the DND mode, I found that it was on sleep mode. However, it did not recognize inactive minutes that hour and is not recognizing all activity.

I have restarted the tracker and checked for updates
