2 days ago the Logo started flashing on my Luxe. I put it on the charger, tried to sync it to the add because it said there was an update available but it would not allow me to do anything. Tried both restart options but neither worked. Logo is still flashing and the fitbit will not do anything else. I'm not sure what else to try at this point. Help, please. 😬

I was told that since my warranty was expired that I would have to get a new one. I was offered a 35% discount and the same model is OUT OF STOCK and $199.99 through the Google store which is about $130. I can get the same exact one at Walmart and Amazon for $129.99 so how is that ACTUALLY A DISCOUNT? This is my second Luxe and it's doing the exact same thing as the last one I had. All my accessories are to that specific model so now not only do I have to buy a new fitbit because your product doesn't work, I will have to buy all new accessories if I get something different!
