Luxe is stuck on a white X

My luxe is displaying a big white x in a red circle and I can't get it off my screen. I also cannot get it to sync with my fitbit app.

Hi there, @TCBERTSC1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

In order to solve the issue, please follow the steps below:

- Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
- Restart your Luxe.Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
- Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
Set up your Luxe.
