Hi, @Kserra , I would recommend giving your Luxe a restart. Instructions are here . If it still seems to be stuck you could also try changing the clock face on your Luxe. You can do this in the app, Please see the help article explaining how to change the clock face . If this solves your issue you can return to the previous clock face if you prefer.
It also may help to sync your Fitbit from the app, log out, and log in again.
Most of these steps, if not all, should give your Fitbit a nudge back into action with normal service resumed! (Note that sometimes you need to repeat some of the recommendations, especially the restart - a single restart does not always do the trick.
