Luxe is tracking AZM when I'm not moving

It's been a day of work at my desk with a break for a massage. I looked at my Luxe and I'm credited there with 131 active minutes.

In the past, I had the opposite problem... I'd' have been on the stationary bike for 30 minutes and it tracked nothing.

What's going on here?

@Maryrca AZM should be triggered by your heart rate. Can you share a screenshot of your heart rate graph and your AZM graph?
