Luxe is tracking my calories too high

Over the past four days, my Luxe suddenly is underestimating my daily average of calories by about 2/3 with no significant change in my daily activity. I tried restarting the device hoping that would help to reset the calorie counter but it has not. Is there anything else I can check?
