Luxe is tracking my heart rate too high when I'm at work

Hi all, I’m new here. I just got a Luxe about a week ago. I noticed today that it logged a bunch of peak zone hours and calories while I was just sitting at my desk. It shows that during an hour and a half, I hit a heart rate of almost 170 and sustained a heart rate of over 130, all while I was working on the computer. I know what I was doing at that time and it wasn’t anything that would’ve raised my heart rate that much.

Is there a way to remove the erroneous data so it doesn’t mess up my charts?

How do I fix this so it doesn’t happen again?

thanks everyone!

Hi there, @Jlee72. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from.

If you haven't done so, I'd recommend taking a look at these two help articles How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device? and What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Also, please see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
