My Luxe has started recording my sleep start time at @ 8pm (sometimes as early as 7pm) every night when I am not even in bed until at least 9:40pm and read until @10pm every night.
Is there a way to fix this?

Hi there, @macdebbie. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Luxe.
Please note when your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your device records that you’re asleep. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Thanks, but I don't think that's what's happening. Yes, many nights I sit down to watch TV at 8pm, but I get up at 9:15pm every night to feed my dog which involves a fair amount of movement.
So what else might be going on?

My fitbit Luxe also isn’t tracking my sleep properly. It is ending prematurely by hours. The Luxe has updated firmware and I have restarted it but the same issue is occurring. It is also charged up and I wear it 2” up on my wrist. It is not loose. It’s primarily having issues with tracking sleep properly.

I'm having same problem. It gives me 2-3 hours sleep. How do we get Fitbit people to respond properly?

I'm having the exact same issue. My Luxe suddenly started tracking 1 to 3 hours of sleep for me, and I am sleeping 6 to 7 hours. What gives?
