I went on a 35 minute walk today. Before I left, I had 11 active minutes already logged on my Luxe. As of right now, I'm showing 97 active minutes. How do I get my Luxe to reflect active minutes more accurately?

Hi there, @xtina724. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Luxe.

In addition to what @JohnnyRow has shared with you, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article for further information What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

Bear in mind that in order to help you maximize your time, you earn 2 Active Zone Minutes for each minute you’re in the cardio or peak zones. Heart-rate zones are personalized based on your fitness level and age.

Heart-Rate Zone Active Zone Minutes

1 minute in the fat burn zone 1 Active Zone Minute
1 minute in the cardio or peak zone 2 Active Zone Minutes*

For more information about heart-rate zones, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?

Luxe does not track Active Minutes; it tracks (Active) Zone Minutes.

Tap the Zone Minutes circle near top of phone app to read more about them, and see that, with decent intensity, you get double zone minutes credit.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
