Why is my Luxe stating I have been walking, when in fact I have been either sitting watching a movie or a 2hr lunch and not moved at all.... ATM, it's come off charge and says I have lost 802 calories ... Another thing that's really strange, my support worker also has the same Luxe model and when we're together for 8 hrs, hers says she's stepped say 5500 steps, and mine says 80000, if not 10K steps ... Same as the distance between my bedroom and toilet, is not the amount of steps the Luxe is stating ... I have done a restart, twice, yet there's still tracking issues ......

Hi there, @NaysSlayer. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
Fitbit devices have a finely-tuned algorithm for step counting. The algorithm is designed to look for intensity and motion patterns that are most indicative of people walking and running. When working at a desk, cooking, or performing other activities with arm movements, a device on your wrist may add some steps. When you’re doing activities that involve arm movement—such as working or cooking—you often walk a few steps in-between stationary periods as well, so the device tries to give you credit for those steps.
If you feel that your step count and distance are inaccurate, confirm the following are correct in the Fitbit app:
Since we use height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity? and How accurate are Fitbit devices?

Thank you Marre, I'll look into those settings you suggested ...
Though, it doesn't explain why the Luxe is registering movements, via either walking or arm movements, when sitting watching a movie for 2 hrs with no arm movements as such ... Same as lunch, I have looked at the 15 min intervals, yes I wear my Luxe on my left arm, and I am left handed eating etc, though again, there's some 15 min blocks saying I am activite, when I haven't been eating or drinking water (I'll keep a diary to reference) ....
It even has said I have been running, an activity I have not been able to do for 3 yrs since suffering my right leg disability .....
Another thing, I have suffered 2 strokes on top of my right leg nerve damage, I'm guessing due to that my stride length has drastically changed due to requiring a walking stick .....
Another question then; could that explain the reason as to why my support worker and mine Luxes (the same Luxes, different colours) record different steps, even though we walk the same distances together????? Hers, say 5K, mine say 10K ....
I'll measure and enter my stride length etc manually as suggested .......
