Luxe is tracking too many steps

I woke up today with over 13,000 steps that is recorded happened in one minute around 7:30 am... It isn't the same number from yesterday. So frustrating and defeats the purpose of using a Fitbit to track steps and compare weekly or with others.

I have found this phenomena seems to be associated with MobileTrack.  Suggest you check if you have MobileTrack set up as a device, perhaps without having realized it.  If so, remove it and see if that prevents it from happening in the future.

Not really a good solution, but the number of years this problem has been around, I think a work-around is the best we can hope for.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
