For the past few weeks, my Luxe has started to power off when I receive a notification with several "buzzes," such as an incoming phone call or when I hit my step goal. It can also happen seemingly randomly and I've started carrying a portable charger with me on my walks so I won't "lose" steps if it decides to power off. If I haven't kept my phone updated with my steps, it will often revert back to an earlier step count when I do power it back on - very frustrating. In addition, when I restart it after a power outage, it sometimes is not giving the right time.

This is happening to me and I’ve tried all the suggestions from a reset to software updates, turning off automatic time zone selection, turning off notifications, changing the clock face…. I feel like it all started at the same time as the app update and would really like to go back in time. Any additional solutions?

Hi LAnnDev
I have been having exactly the same issue, and having read through this thread was having a look round on my Fitbit app, at the device specifically. There was an update available which I hadn't known about. Having done the update, I haven't crashed in 24 hours!! Unheard of in the last week or more! I am tentatively optimistic this is fixed, as I won't be replacing it with another Fitbit if not!
Good Luck.

I have had this same issue with my Luxe for the past month or two. I found out that touching the "DND Mode", "Screen Wake" feature or any of the features above the watch face (when you swipe down) will trigger the luxe to crash and shut down. This is on top of the weird battery issues others have noted.
I contacted support to see if they could assist. I was immediately sent to warranty claim. Since my Luxe was out of service they refused to help, end of case. I informed them that was the last time I'd buy a fitbit. I originally paid $150 for the luxe and it's absurd it lasted two years.
Warranty replied with the following:
"We'd like to share with you that the Fitbit trackers are designed and produced in accordance with strict standards and undergo extensive internal testing.
They're made to last, however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will present in the long run. Having said that, we never stop working on improving the products that we release to our customers."
Or as I'd like to shorten it to:
"They're made to last but probably won't."
Wanted to throw in my two cents and share my absolute disappointment in Fitbit.
