Hello,
My fitbit luxe is completely unresponsive and is stuck on a yellow screen. I’ve tried resetting it by pressing the button on the charger 3 times, and nothing happened.
What can I do to fix this issue?

Hi, @C43H66N12O12S2 welcome to the community, may I suggest you revisit the "Restart" procedure? This article provides important timing details How do I restart my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center Try changing the clock face in the Fitbit app on your phone, this sometimes resolves display problems.
You do not mention how long you've had your Luxe, depending on where you are, when & from whom you bought it you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's return and warranty policy
Note accidental damage is excluded. To move forward you should contact "Customer Support" online or via the Fitbit app help on your phone. Use the Chat facility or phone when offered (not email) if you do have a warranty claim the agent will require the information mentioned.
