Luxe is unresponsive

My Luxe suddenly quit working. The screen was completely black. When I charged it, the battery level was low. The screen would be frozen though when it was completely charged. I repeatedly tried to restart it, but each time it would come back on before going off again. The screen would still be unresponsive. I attempted to sync it or update it via the app, but it would just freeze and shut off once again. It's so unresponsive that I even removed it from my phone and added it back, but it took a while. I tried to follow the steps that were on some forums, but since the screen was frozen it didn't help much.

Hi @breadlover Unfortunately that doesn't sound good at all. There is really not much else you can do. But itmight be worth contacting Fitbit Support  and see if they are able to help.
