Luxe is vibrating at random times and I don't know what it is notifying me of

I would like the luxe to vibrate at 10 minutes to the hour when I have not moved but it is notifying me of when I have done 22 or 44 with arrows and says 'nice work' and I'm not sure what it is notifying me of...the number of steps taken in an hour?? I want to be able to turn this off.  I have been on the settings on my laptop and on the luxe device menu itself and cant seem to do it.  Any pointers?

Hi @Sallysmustang seems it's telling you of your active minutes. Here is an image to show you what some of those icons mean.

You can't change settings on the laptop now, with most things being on the app (on your phone) or the device. This article tells more about notifications and how to turn them off or on. click to read
