I wear the device about 22 hours a day, and always wear it to bed. The absence is confusing, it just shows up blank. I have restarted my device several times. What causes this, certainly not moving the position on wrist, as I don't. It will read, and then it will not. Ideas? I clean the sensors regularly. Thank you.

What you said still leaves me confused. I took my Luxe off this morning to charge it, put it on 2 minutes ago, and it is reporting good pulse O2.
