I recently bought the luxe and I am enjoying it. Other that the mesh band has disconnected a few times and thankfully I saw it when it happened.
This weekend I'm busy packing and late into the evening I realize my luxe is not on my wrist.
After an additional 2hrs of going thru the trash bags (gross) and then the give away boxes then half of the packed boxes...I drowned my sadness in a bowl of ice cream.
New day, the fitbit community had similar experiences. Someone suggested to use Bluetooth finder app.

Hi! This happened to me only worse just since the last update. I have a Luxe. When I contacted support, they said I should never have had metrics (!) so that it dissappear was proper as only people on "Premium" should have health metrics! I'm back in here re. a new problem. Saw your message, & thought I'd let you know what I know.
