Luxe isn't tracking my sleep data

Sleep data not being tracked even though I wear it to bed

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already addressed your inquiry. If you need further help, please feel free to contact our team back so they can continue assisting you. 

Nevertheless, keep in mind that sleep stages are based on heart rate data. So, if you just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.

Hi, I have the same problem. My Luxe tracked my sleep for 2 weeks, then just quit. When I look online, it looks like a lot of people are having this problem. It’s not the snugness of the strap, battery, etc. It was work fine and now it’s not…

I have had my Luxe since July and it worked fine. It has not uploaded any sleep data for the last 10 days and seems to be having problems syncing.

Hello! Have you been able to resolve this issue? Mine stopped working 11/27.

Yes, but I'm not totally sure how it was fixed. I removed the Luxe from the app on my computer. Unpaired it from the app on my phone. Powered off and restarted both the phone and the computer, re-paired the Luxe to my phone after turning bluetooth off and back on, and it all worked again. I was able to sync again and it is tracking my sleep.

I contacted customer support and I fixed it by going to settings on my Luxe (not the app) and restarting it. The app on my phone then picked up all the information instantly.

Hi. Mine is only tracking part of my sleep.  If I get up to use the bathroom and go back to sleep, it only records part of my sleep, not cumulative.
