Luxe isn't tracking my walks nor is notifying me about my reminders to move

I do not receive my 10m notification. And today did not record any walking. How do I resolve this issue. Thanks

To better assist you, would you mind clarifying what's the issue exactly? Is your Luxe lost? Is it not tracking your exercises? Aren't you getting your reminders to move?

Hi @watchgeek Try restarting  your Luxe a  couple of times. Hopefully that will fix it.

Good morning,
Found my Luxe, but no reset mode on Settings. But did find other features! Also, pressed "Locate Phone" and device could not locate. However, still syncs using phone app.
