My luxe has recently started buzzing and switching off even when there is still plenty of battery left, it's is SO frustrating when this happens in the middle of tracking an exercise !
The only way I can get it to come back on and start working again it's too attach it to the charger but even while charging, it displays totally random battery percentage, i.e yesterday it was at 60% attached to the charger and this morning when I check the progress it's suddenly on 2% and I can't use it !
What can I do to fix this and if it can't be fixed please provide a replacement one because it's barely 2 years old.

I have the same problem with it sopping, but when I plug charger in it has a random number but then I can put it back on.

Exactly the same is happening to mine, random switching off, only restarts with the charger, and tells me battery is at 86%, no reminder if battery is low. Only lasts about 1.5 days now. None of fitbits advice works!!

Same has been happening to me. I thought I was doing something wrong. Mine switches off twice, once right when my awake alarm goes off and then mid-day. So Frustrating grr.

I’ve had this issue since the end of September. Non-responsive black screen that only turns responsive after being put on the charger.
i finally chatted with support and after 3 hours they told me it couldn’t be fixed and offered me a discount on a new device.
the next day I noticed there was an update for Fitbit app. I installed it and I have had 2 days without the black screen. AND my sleep and sleep score are showing up again on my Luxe instead of showing dashes.
if you haven’t installed the latest update Fitbit 4.29 (42929025), I suggest you try doing that. Hopefully it will resolve your issues too.

Spoke to support and they said even though we are all experiencing the same issues it is our device that is faulty and will only offer a 35 % discount to purchase a new one. 😡

I have the same issue and my watch is a bit more than 18 months old. It makes me angry that it stopped working properly after such a short time.
Turning off when there is a buzzing or notification. Plugging the watch and displaying random charge. Often turning off during the night. No warning of low batterie. Time on the watch is often wrong, I need to stop the pairing and pair it back to correct the time.
I have looked at the the solution in the Q & A, nothing is working to fix it.

@Angelfish002 I have found that the time will eventually correct itself once you put it on the charger after getting the unresponsive black screen. I’m kind of paranoid about unpairing the luxe and then hoping I can get it paired again- I’ve had issues trying to pair my luxe to my phone after having unpaired it from my iPad because another app was having issues getting info from Fitbit so they told me to do that.
my black screen issue went away for 3 days after a Fitbit update, but then it started with the black screen again.
fitbit says it can’t be fixed and will offer you a discount on a new device if your luxe is not in warranty.

That sucks. I’ve been looking into other watches by other brands. As much as I like the slim profile of the Luxe, this is not cool.

I am having the same exact problem. I can't get more than 12 hours out of my Luxe, if that. It is only 1.5 years old. I purchased it in July 2023. Sometimes, when I am in the middle of a workout, it just randomly shuts down and doesn't record my activity any longer. Or, my alarm will start to go off in the morning, and that's enough to kill it. Even though it has a charge of 60 percent or more. I have to put it on the charger daily now. Before, I could go 5-7 days. I had it 100 percent charged this morning, and now it is already down to 86 percent in less than 3 hours. I haven't even used it today, with the exception of it tracking my steps. What is up? My app is updated. I also do the reset from the Luxe and the reset from the charging cable. Nothing works. This has been going on for a few months now. Do I need to switch to an Apple Watch? Fitbit and Google need to answer our questions and quit suggesting that we "reset" using the Luxe or the charging cable and/or to make sure the app is updated. These suggestions are not fixing the problem.

Same for me! I got mine in 2022 as a gift. Loved it stopped using because I was traveling and left it home then I bought a charger from Fitbit plugged it in and when it’s on the charger it charges to like 98 then I take it off black screen. put it back on and it shows 1% i loved Fitbit but I might get a Apple Watch 💔

I had enough. Mine kept a charge but kept shutting off in the middle of the day for no reason. When I put it on the charger cut would restart with the wrong time and still be at 80+%
I finally had it and bought a Venu sq2 garmin. So far so good.
