Hi, I’ve seen other users having issues with display not working and random battery discrepancies but my Luxe dies when I receive a call notification too. Only been happening for a couple of weeks but getting pretty annoying having to put it on charge to get it back up and running each time I get a call. Anyone else seeing similar and any ideas what I can do

Hi there, @Alison1965. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is also crashing when you receive a call. I understand how annoying this can be as you have to restart your Fitbit device each time this happens. I'll do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Luxe. To do so, on your Fitbit device:
Once the above has been done, you can now proceed to set up your Luxe again by following the steps provided here How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc. So please make sure you sync your Fitbit device before proceeding with the reset. Regarding your sleep data, try syncing twice in a row to make sure all data is transferred.
With the above being said, please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
Hope this helps you to get back on track!

Thanks Maria, I had already tried a reset but it didn’t solve the issue. I’ll give it another go but for now I’ve sort of given up as it’s too much hassle placing it on charge many times a day !!! Sad really as it worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. From other users it looks like a recent update issue. Many thanks for your help it’s appreciated
