Luxe keeps turning off and battery percentage on the device and app doesn't match

Hi there

Two issues that started at the same time, it’s now been more than a month. 

1) device keeps turning off randomly 2) device shows 65% right now, app shows 34%. Keeps happening. Problem

We are birds of a feather , my Luxe gets to 59% too and just goes blank.  Have to place on the charger , which always read 95% when it comes back on.  Then i just start sync over and over, the battery will show random % nums.  So i just put on the charger every other day now to nurse along.   I put the new Inspire under the tree!

Actually, i’m going to try an experiment because I just don’t want to give in. 
i’m going to wear a regular watch. I kind of feel like I know how I sleep and how many steps I’m doing a day. I will miss not getting my text on my wrist or saying, when my phone rings but maybe my brain won’t. 
let’s see if I can last!

good on you. i still put my trusty Citizen on my wrist everytime my Luxe is on the charger.
