Luxe keeps vibrating when I already answer the call

Luxe notifies me when a call comes in, then keeps notifying me for entire length of the call, every couple minutes. Very annoying. Is there a way to receive only one notification per call?

Hi there, @HamiltonGirl. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand how annoying this can be. 

This shouldn't happen, and since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Luxe > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Luxe and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Luxe and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.
