Call notifications are fine for incoming call. But why the active call notifications when I already know I’m on a call. It continues to ping to let me know I’m on an active call. It doesn’t make sense.  Please remove active call notifications and only ping on incoming calls.

Hi there, @Cheryl506. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from.

This shouldn't happen, and since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Luxe > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Luxe and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Luxe and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.
