I tried many ways that others mentioned, but they all didn't work. My iPhone's language is English, I lived in Australia, and My Fitbit app's language is English. but my device's language always shows Chinese.
I turned off the option to automatically detect my country in the Fitbit app, and then synced my device, but it didn't work.
I changed my region and language on my dashboard on fitbit.com, but it still didn’t work.
I updated the version, but it still didn't work.
I restart my luxe, but it still didn't work.
