Luxe lights up when not worn

My Luxe lights up when not worn / moved.  It is not set to "always on".  I will leave it on a counter overnight (I don't sleep in it).  When I go to pick it up in the morning, sometimes it is already on - the font is a rainbow color instead of its usual solid white.  Other than this - it seems to work normally.  Screen goes blank and it comes on when I raise my wrist to look at it.  Font is white.  This happens about once or twice a week.  Any ideas?

Thank you for letting us know that your Fitbit Luxe lights up when not worn.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

In addition, you can try a different clock face to see if the issue gets resolved.

I have reset a few times, and the issue is still happening.  I will try a different click have now to see if that helps.  It only occurs every few days, so testing is a bit slow.  I've also checked that no alarms are set
