My Luxe drained to 13% yesterday and I charged it. Went to 0% within a few hours. Charged it again and it's been holding its charge as usual last night and today. However I've been getting multiple text messages all day warning my battery is low and needs charged. It's at 90% and the warnings just keep coming. Why is this happening and short of stopping all notifications what can be done?

Hi there, @WynnieLynnie. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Luxe.
To better assist you, may I know if you're getting this notifications on your Luxe or Fitbit app? If the notification is on your Luxe, please try restarting your Fitbit device by following these steps. Also, please make sure that you've synced your Luxe, if it hasn't synced recently, this would explain why you keep getting notifications about the battery low.
As a friendly reminder, once you charge your watch make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Luxe will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
