Luxe map shows heart rate but not pace

Recently, my luxe will only show the heart rate zones in the map section after my run. The GPS is synched, but when I click from Heart Rate Zones to Pace, it still shows the heart rate zones and doesn’t change to pace. I’ve restarted my Luxe, redownloaded the app, not sure what else to do?

I have the same problem and would like to figure it out.  In the past I have found both heart zone and pace to be helpful!  In case it matters, my Luxe was new in 2023.
