Suddenly after two months of use my Fitbit Luxe won't hold a charge. I have turned off things like GPS that are said to be draining on the battery and no difference.. I had a message that my battery was low so I put it on the charger. When it said the battery was at 100% I put it back on my arm. This was approximately mid afternoon. The next day around noon I checked my steps only to find out that there were none recorded because the battery was dead. This is very disappointing because it's pretty much useless to me under these circumstances. I've read the Fitbit is aware of the problem and working on it but this seems to be an issue of long standing so what's the holdup. I couldn't in good conscience recommend Fitbit to anyone.

They don’t respond if you call, I’ve already tried that! Won’t do a chat as more then likely it’s a robo person that will only follow a script!
