Luxe no longer receiving email notifications

I've had my Luxe for a couple years and 2 weeks ago, it suddenly stopped receiving email and call notifications. I've updated my Luxe, updated my Google Pixel 7 (which is on Android 14), and I've followed all the suggestions for restarting, unpairing, re-pairing, etc. I see on the Google Play Store multiple reviews for other Fitbit products having the same issues. I've tried contacting Fitbit, but good luck with that.
