My Fitbit Luxe got the update to 20001.194.91. After I did the Walking exercise shortcut a few times, it wouldn’t show anything about my exercise data anymore. When I bought it in 2021, it did show data but now it just stopped.

I even tried to live chat with Fitbit Support and a Sonny guy came in and he was replying very late to me.

@ThatOneStarBall Have you tried a restart or a factory reset?

@ThatOneStarBall Does the Fitbit app show the proper exercise days? Make sure it is syncing to the app. You can force a sync by swiping down from the Today screen.

I don’t know how to view the exercise days in the app. Is there any tutorial?

@ThatOneStarBall Here is my Fitbit home screen. Exercise Days can be found under the "activity" section of your Today screen.

Here is mine. The watch still has the same problem even though I’ve restarted it twice.
And, here is some proof,

@ThatOneStarBall Is your Fitbit app updated? I’m on iOS and 4.10 is the current version.
Honestly, I would factory reset your Luxe and remove the device from your phone’s Bluetooth. I would delete the Fitbit app and reinstall it. Then set up the Luxe from scratch. It’s got to be some sort of syncing issue.

It is updated.
Even tried to restart it a few more times.
