Luxe not charging properly

My Luxe is letting me down lately and reading the messages on the same topic doesn't give me much hope. Luxe switches off, I put it on the charger and it says 85% battery on display. In the app it says 24%.  I disconnect it from the charger, synchronize, and it goes to 24% on display. I reconnect it to the charger and it says 55% battery on display?

Hi there, @Rachelle234. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not charging properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe by following the steps below:

  1. Connect your Fitbit device to the charger.
  2. Quickly lift it off and put it back on.
  3. After a half-second pause, repeat this pick-up-and-place move 3 more times, all within 8 seconds.
