It won't connect to blue tooth and the screen is not displaying I can't restart.

My Luxe is doing the same thing. It won’t charge and if it does it’s drained in an hour. The screen is black so I can’t get to settings and I’ve tried 2 different chargers. Won’t stay charged long enough to do the update.
