I just got the Luxe as replacement for the Sense 2, and I'm already having issues. I sometimes wake up during the night and stay up for an hour before going back to sleep, and my watch doesn't track that extra sleep after I woke up (it's often more than an hour). It won't track naps if I lie down during the day either.
It's also not synching to one of my phones (I have two), and when I get notifications from my main phone it doesn't vibrate anymore (not in sleep mode, not in DND).
Is there a fix for those issues?

Hi, @Rach99, welcome, you may find this article of interest How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? you may find changing the sleep setting will help.
So far as syncing is concerned these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? provide guidance & advice. Remember you can always sync your phone/device by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen & releasing it to display the sync progress bar at the top of the screen.
You can only sync your device with the paired phone (you cant pair to two phones at the same time)
I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.
Cheers
