Over the last couple of weeks, my Luxe is not recording my activities, its records it at the time but when you check the app its only partially there i.e. it's recorded you did an activity that day but when I review my activities for the month there is a whole week missing. Also over the last couple of days, it says I have 75% charge, start my activity and my screen blacks out and it says I have 10% charge left. Really frustrating. I've done a hard reset, deleted the app and uploaded again to no avail. Is this a software issue or something else? Any assistance welcomed. Thank you.

Same issues CJones110 and having given feedback to Fitbit centrally twice and receiving zero response in 3 weeks I guess nobody there really cares. They simply want us all to spend more and buy a new replacement device. I’ve done that twice already over 4 years. Now I’m considering moving to a Garmin product. Fitbit don’t seem to rank customer expectations and satisfaction very highly …

I’ve not heard back either and also been looking at alternatives, deciding between Garmin and Apple Watch.
