Luxe not linking to Phone GPS

When I got my Luxe it worked great for my Mtn Bike Rides, but now it won't connect to GPS on my phone anymore.
I am using a OnePlus 5 running Android 10. I have checked the FitBit site and my phone is supported.

 

A few days ago, I was on my bike about to go for a ride. I synced my Fitbit in the App, then on the Luxe selected my Bike Exercise. The Fitbit logo showed up on my Phone stating that it was linked to the GPS. I went back to my Fitbit and started the workout. Half a block from my house, I noticed that the Fitbit Logo was not showing on my phone and when I looked at my Luxe, it was not logging my speed.

 

From that day forward I have not been able to get Fitbit to sync to my phone GPS.

 

I have followed the FitBit instructions for trying to fix this (removing Luxe from FitBit App, rebooting Luxe, rebooting Phone, and then reconnecting everything, but nothing seems to help.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I am riding every day, and this is very discouraging for a new FitBit I just got.
