My wife has a Luxe and I have an Inspire 2.
We both enjoy going for a 10K steps walk on the beach every night.
I know that both trackers use different OS/software. (e.g. Luxe has static icons for exercises and Inspire 2 has animated ones).
Her user experience is so different than mine that almost feels like we are not under the same brand of trackers.
During our long walks, I get several notifications about my exercise. Screen messages with vibrations saying I am in fat burn zone, or in cardio. To finally get an amazing animation with fireworks and flying doves about getting 10k steps done. This makes the whole experience of walking very engaging.
On the other hand, my wife gets nothing, no messages, no fat-burning updates, or no animations. the only thing she gets is the notification of achieving the 10k steps at the end of our walks.
She already told me that she doesn't like her product experience, it feels so disconnected for her.
Is this normal or are we missing anything in the settings? I checked and looks like we both have the same features activated.

@danielsemper According to this Help article, What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?, the heart rate zone notifications are off on the Luxe by default. There is a section that has the instructions to turn them on.
